Alternative Energies Kentucky LLC began manufacturing solar panels in late 2010, and laid their claim to being the only solar panel manufacturer in the state of Kentucky, having started life as a solar power installer in 2009. The panels are manufactured using Gintech solar cells from China and the production facility has a capacity of 5Mw per year.
The company also provide an installation service and can supply systems using Enphase micro inverters.
