Kyocera, founded in 1959 as the Kyoto Ceramic Company, producing fine ceramics, is now a worlwide group pruducing a diverse range of products, adding Solar Power to the list in 1984. The company was re-named to Kyocera in 1982.
The company has production facilities in Japan, Europe, and Mexico, supplying solar panels across the world.
Kyocera also offer complete packages under the name "MyGen" - 4 residential packages ranging from 2520 to 7560 Watts, and 3 light commercial packages ranging from 5kW to 15kW.
